Dried Free Range Egg Fettuccine pasta produced in Australia using the traditional method for a rough texture that holds sauce beautifully, with thicker and wider size. Made with durum wheat semolina andfresh eggs, cracked at the moment of production and no added water. Gently kneaded, monitored for moisture content and elasticity, it has a chewy texture with elasticity to cradle sauce.

USES
Suggested Usage
Perfect to stir fry. Heat 15ml of oil in a frying pan or wok before cooking. Once oil is hot add the egg noodles. Stir continuously. Check food is piping hot. All cooking appliances vary. To stir fry High heat 3-4 mins.

Store in coolplace, away from direct sunlight.
