Blanched almond meal is made from finely ground Spain almonds that have been blanched to remove their outer skin. Almond meal is often used as a gluten free flour substitute and can be used to make delicious and moist cakes, slices, biscuits and other baked goods.It has a fuller, nuttier flavour than blanched almond meal and a slightly coarse texture.

Suggested Usage
Almond flour can be added to smoothies, morningbowls and oat or porridge, or sprinkled over yoghurt and fruit salad. Itis great in raw foods and treats,salads or steamed greens or add to wraps and rice rolls, even use it in any raw sweet treat creation.
It can be used to replace grain flours completely and for non-gluten recipes.
Storage
Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
